Here is a little on how CRYSTAL BAY MOBILE HOME CLUB came to be.
In 1975 the Homeowners formed a corporation and bought the park. At each annual meeting, corporation directors are elected by the Homeowners. The Directors are also Homeowners and are therefore motivated to control yours and their monthly costs. With the use of the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations which were carefully drafted by the original Board of Directors, and updated as needed when situations change, Crystal Bay offers the Homeowners the comfort of knowing that the park will always remain a pleasant and attractive place to live. Crystal Bay is a small park with 104 home sites. Each Homeowner owns One Share in the Corporation and pays a low monthly fee of $190 (as of 2022) which provides:
WATERFRONT CLUBHOUSE POOL & POOL DECK COVERED SHUFFLEBOARD COURT TRASH PICK UP BOAT LAUNCH FOR HOMEOWNERS & DOCKING FACILITIES FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT OWN WATERFRONT PROPERTIES 14 BOAT SLIPS FOR NON WATERFRONT SHAREHOLDERS (WAITING LIST) WATER, SEWER, LAWN MOWING AND EDGING FULLY FUNDED BUDGET WHICH COVERS ALL FUNDS NEEDED TO OPERATE THE PARK AND RESERVE FUNDS TO COVER FUTURE & CURRENT COSTS OF PAVING, STORM DRAINS, WATER, POOLS, CLUBHOUSE, & SEAWALL.
